Why no local books?

Why no local books?

Why aren’t the local publishers printing books about Australia’s great racing heritage? Australia’s had racing tracks galore over the years, such as Surfers Paradise, Lakeside and Calder.

Regards, Doug

Dear Doug,

You are in luck, as Richard Croston has released a book titled ‘Lakeside; the early years’. It is a lovely coffee table book that details the early racing history at Lakeside. If you have trouble finding it please let me know and I’m only too happy to pass on Richard’s contact details.
